The trolley type gas heat treatment furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace lining, furnace door, self-propelled trolley system, combustion system, pipeline and its pressure self-control system, furnace pressure self-control and exhaust heat recovery system, sealing device, temperature control and recording system, computer system, etc.

 

The trolley type gas heat treatment furnace uses natural gas, liquefied gas and other combustion gases as the medium, and burns and heats them through high-speed burners, with a maximum temperature of 1250 ℃. The heat generated by combustion is transferred to the workpiece to reach the required heat treatment temperature.
