Structural form: The trolley type resistance furnace consists of a furnace body, furnace lining, furnace door and door lifting mechanism, heating element, trolley and trolley transmission mechanism, sealing mechanism, and electrical control system.

 

The shell of the trolley resistance furnace is welded from steel plates and steel sections, and the bottom of the furnace body is connected to the trolley light rail as a whole. The furnace lining adopts a full fiber structure. The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance wire wound into strips and spirals. The trolley is equipped with a pressure resistant and high-temperature resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate for carrying workpieces, and can be optionally equipped with a trolley inclined unloading mechanism.
